Job Description

As an HR Assistant in personal administration, you will play a key role in the back office of a temporary employment company in Baar with a workload of 80 to 100%. You will support the personal administration, ensure structured processes, and contribute to the efficient and reliable implementation of HR processes.

What to Expect in this Challenging Role

  • Support personal administration in the field of temporary employment
  • Create employment contracts and deployment contracts for temporary employees
  • Administrative support for employees during their assignments
  • Assist clients and internal contacts with administrative matters
  • Ensure correct and timely billing
  • Organize and coordinate administrative processes in the back office

Your Qualifications

  • Completed commercial training as a clerk or equivalent commercial training
  • Ideally, further training as an HR Assistant
  • Very good German language skills in spoken and written
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
