Job Description
As an HR Assistant in personal administration, you will play a key role in the back office of a temporary employment company in Baar with a workload of 80 to 100%. You will support the personal administration, ensure structured processes, and contribute to the efficient and reliable implementation of HR processes.
What to Expect in this Challenging Role
- Support personal administration in the field of temporary employment
- Create employment contracts and deployment contracts for temporary employees
- Administrative support for employees during their assignments
- Assist clients and internal contacts with administrative matters
- Ensure correct and timely billing
- Organize and coordinate administrative processes in the back office
Your Qualifications
- Completed commercial training as a clerk or equivalent commercial training
- Ideally, further training as an HR Assistant
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
