Do you enjoy working organized, think ahead, and have a passion for dealing with people? Then you are exactly right with us. As a Personnel Assistant, you are a key hub in the HR daily routine and support our team in all administrative and organizational HR processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Direct support of the management: Proactive administrative relief of management and participation in strategic and operational special projects.
  • HR-Administration: Responsibility for the entire employee lifecycle (from entry to exit), preparation of contracts, certificates, and agreements as well as management of personnel files.
  • Interface function: First point of contact for employees, executives, and external partners regarding administrative questions.
  • Payroll & Time Management: Ensuring the correct recording of hours and performance, as well as preparing payroll runs in collaboration with the external payroll office of the group.
  • Recruiting & Support: Coordination in the recruitment process and support of HR management in day-to-day business.
  • Process optimization: Active participation in the further development of internal HR structures and processes.

Your Profile:

  • Background: Commercial education and a successfully completed further training as an HR Assistant.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable dual function (HR or assistance).
  • Work style: You work precisely, are resilient, and are characterized by a high degree of discretion and strong organizational skills.
  • IT skills: Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Abacus is a significant advantage.
  • Languages: Fluent German (spoken and written).
