You want not only to conceptualize talent development but to anchor it sustainably in the company? As the Head of Learning & Development, you design the talent, leadership, and personnel development of the Micarna Group. You advise management and leadership and ensure that development processes are effective.

What you will do

• You lead the Learning & Development department in personnel, subject matter, and organizational terms.
• You shape the talent development of the Micarna Group and continuously develop potential, succession, and development processes.
• You advise and challenge management, leaders, and HR on talent, leadership, and development issues.
• You enable leaders in their developmental responsibilities and ensure binding implementation in the line.
• You develop effective programs for talents and leaders in coordination with Migros Industries.
• You are responsible for the learning and development portfolio and ensure alignment with central standards.
• You consistently lead projects to success and manage resources, budget, and external partners.

What you bring

• Education: Completed studies (University, ETH, FH, HF)
• Field: Human Resources Management, Psychology, Pedagogy, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience in talent, leadership, or personnel development as well as in designing and implementing developmental and talent management processes.
• You understand talent development as a strategic expert function and can successfully anchor sustainable development and talent management processes.
• You convince through pronounced consulting, sparring, and coaching skills in dealing with management and leaders.
• You possess the necessary assertiveness to implement decisions, standards, and development processes in a binding manner.
• You think entrepreneurially, recognize future competence needs, and translate strategic requirements into practical solutions.
• You navigate confidently in complex organizations and understand how to constructively bring together different interests.
