Role Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the entire HR area of Würth AG, directly reporting to management while closely working with leaders within the company. You will help develop a future-oriented HR organization, enhancing processes, structures, and people while playing a key role in implementing our corporate strategy.

Your Tasks:

• Lead the entire HR area both strategically and operationally.
• Position HR as a key partner for the business and actively shape the development of the organization.
• Manage the Human Resources department, focusing on team development.
• Create modern and effective concepts in recruiting, talent management, leadership, and learning & development.
• Actively support the organization in change and transformation processes.
• Advise management and leaders as a competent partner in all strategic and operational HR topics.
• Ensure efficient, service-oriented, and sustainable HR processes, systems, and tools, while continuously improving them.
• Promote a performance-oriented, appreciative, and modern leadership culture to sustainably enhance the employer attractiveness of Würth AG.
• Ensure compliance with relevant labor law, regulatory, and operational frameworks in Switzerland.
