Our HR team handles personnel-related topics for around 400 employees in the Regent companies in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, and France, and also supports our group company in Serbia. The Regent Group employs about 600 people in total. Join us as

Regent Lighting, based in Basel, employs around 600 people in six countries, is the market leader in Switzerland, and one of the leading manufacturers of lighting in Europe. Our products are distributed internationally through distribution partners in 35 countries.

Your Tasks

• Lead the HR team with two employees and handle all HR topics for the Regent Group in Switzerland and internationally.
• Advise and support management and employees as a business partner in all operational and strategic HR questions, as well as in labor law and social security topics.
• Responsible for Swiss payroll and coordination and control of international payroll runs and quarterly and annual closings.
• Create and manage the annual personnel cost budget for the entire Regent Group, and be responsible for the implementation of the compensation process.
• Manage and handle the entire employee lifecycle as well as absence and case management.
• Lead and accompany HR projects and continuously develop our HR processes and systems.

Your Profile

• You have at least a federal HR specialist certificate and several years of experience in a comparable HR leadership or senior HR position in an international HR environment.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security, payroll, and handling annual closings.
• Experience in leading employees as well as pronounced social competence, communication strength, and assertiveness.
• You have impeccable German skills and very good English and French skills.
• Experience in conceptualizing and implementing HR projects as well as developing HR processes and systems.
• You work independently, structured, accurately, and solution-oriented while keeping an overview even with complex topics.
• A resilient and entrepreneurial-thinking personality with a positive attitude.
