For the HR & Communication business area in Oensingen, we are looking for a personality who will drive personnel development, the digitalization of our HR processes, and recruiting together with your team.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of the HR team in development, projects, and recruiting (2-3 employees)
• Continuous development and modernization of HR processes, employer branding, as well as advising managers on general HR topics and recruitment
• Designing personnel and leadership development offerings, from leadership training to succession planning
• Leading HR projects and digitizing processes such as onboarding and offboarding, employee interviews, or work references
• Simplifying processes and interfaces in HR, driven by meaningful key figures

Your Profile

• Higher education (FH, HF or university) in HR or a comparable qualification
• At least 5 years of HR experience in personnel development, employer branding, recruiting, as well as leadership experience
• Experience in the digitalization of HR processes, ABACUS knowledge is an advantage
• Security in project and process management
• Pragmatic and implementation-oriented, with a joy for changes
