About Us

We are a dedicated architectural office based in Bern with around 90 employees, shaping the construction culture with our diverse projects ranging from urban planning to architecture, interior design, and product design.

Your Profile

You have completed a commercial education along with a continuing education as an HR specialist with federal diploma and bring several years of experience and in-depth knowledge in HR from a comparable role.

You enjoy working with people and maintain discretion when handling sensitive personnel data. You are a service-oriented person with common sense and assertiveness, combined with the necessary tact.

Fluent German skills in both spoken and written form, and ideally good communication skills in the Austrian language round off your profile.

Your Tasks

In this key role, you will be responsible for operational HR, the entire personnel administration, as well as payroll processing including year-end closing. You will be responsible for the support of employees throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle and advise and support the management and project leaders on all HR-related topics.

Additionally, you will manage our time recording system and are responsible for the further development and maintenance of our HR processes. You will be significantly involved in our recruitments and bring the necessary skills in conducting interviews.
