Are you ready to actively shape the future of the Allschwil municipal administration with its employees? For the HR team, we are looking for a committed, customer-oriented, and leadership-strong personality as Department Head Human Resources 70-80% starting from January 1, 2027, or by agreement.

• You are responsible for the implementation and further development of the personnel policy, personnel strategy, and personnel processes within the framework of the management's guidelines.

• With commitment and foresight, you lead the personnel processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.

• Together with your team, you provide and manage all services of the HR department, including personnel and payroll administration, a service-oriented HR business partnering, and ensuring vocational training.

• Through initiatives such as occupational health management and modern employer branding, you shape the image of the municipal administration as an employer.

• You bear budgetary and internal control responsibilities within the HR area and its processes and act as a contact for internal and external authorities and offices in the HR area.

• In addition to your strategic and leadership-related tasks, you advise line managers and management on personnel and labor law issues and accompany HR and organizational development projects.

• You have a completed degree (FH/Uni) with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, or comparable training with higher HR training (e.g., HR Manager, MAS Human Resources Management).

• You bring several years of professional and management experience to the table.

• In addition to a high level of advisory competence and experience in collaborating with management, you are also keen to tackle projects yourself.

• You feel comfortable in organizational development, change, and transformation processes and drive these forward.

• Your ability to design digital processes, your analytical and structured working methods support you in your daily work.
