In the role of Teamleader HR-Management, you will take on a responsible, versatile, and interesting leadership role within the Securitas family. Your tasks and responsibilities include:

• Implementation responsibility for processes, guidelines, regulations, and instructions.
• Budget and result responsibility.
• Quality-oriented service delivery to maintain the positive image.
• Information responsibility towards the Head of HR Management & Training as well as the Regional Director.
• Ensure that uniformed employees are recruited, selected, and hired, and that personnel marketing measures are initiated.
• Conduct recruitment and disciplinary discussions and provide first-level support for labor law questions.
• Coordinate recruitment needs in collaboration with the management and staffing.
• Support the Regional Director and line management in succession planning and talent management.
• Creation and maintenance of HR statistics and collection of HR key figures in the partial process.
• Conduct regular information and team meetings.
• Drive process optimizations in coordination with superiors.
