Job Description

Location: Bern (and Home Office) | 80-100% (Job sharing possible)
Contribute by:

  • Analyzing HR political trends and legal changes at the federal level and translating them into concrete measures
  • Advising HR specialists and executives on challenging HR questions
  • Ensuring the uniform application of HR guidelines and principles at the defense level while independently steering the implementation control
  • Developing scientific statements, deriving decision-making bases, and implementing support
  • Developing concepts and foundations for the further development of HR processes and tools
  • Initiating change processes for HR IT applications and being responsible for their implementation and functionality at the defense level

Unique Profile:

  • Completed higher vocational education in Human Resources and/or Business Administration
  • Several years of experience in operational HR management, ideally in federal enterprises or complex organizations
  • Solid analytical and conceptual skills, an independent and structured working style, as well as the ability to quickly understand complex processes and develop solutions independently
  • Experience in project and change management, with the ability to question processes innovatively and optimize them purposefully
  • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge of SAP HR tools is an advantage
  • Oral and written proficiency in a second official language
