Join our small HR team and take responsibility for HR administration. Your tasks include:

  • Responsible for all administrative HR matters from hiring to offboarding of employees.
  • Support and advise supervisors and employees on all administrative questions regarding HR processes.
  • Manage recruitment processes, draft employment references, maintain master data, and report changes in various tools.
  • Various special tasks (such as health and accident management, etc.).
  • Assist with implementing a professional personnel management.

Your Profile

  • Commercial education with additional training in human resources (at least HR assistant).
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar HR function and personnel administration.
  • Good IT application skills.
  • Highly independent, service-oriented, reliable, and communicative personality, well organized, and enjoys teamwork.
