In this responsible position, you will take on the professional and personnel management of a three-member team and ensure professional support for employees throughout the entire Employee Lifecycle. You will actively assist in daily HR operations, conduct empathetic and professional recruitment interviews, and optimize existing processes. As a competent contact person, you will advise employees and supervisors on labor law and personnel-related issues and ensure structured HR administration.

You will actively participate in interdisciplinary projects and contribute to the further development of our organization. You will convince with comprehensive HR expertise, a quick understanding, and a pragmatic, solution-oriented way of working.
