Created in 1933, the Centre de Formation Professionnelle Spécialisée Le Repuis (CFPS) is a private non-profit foundation, a reference in Switzerland for training apprentices facing cognitive, physical, psychological, or behavioral difficulties. Annually, it welcomes 400 young individuals from all over Switzerland and is based in Grandson.

Thanks to personalized pedagogical support, hundreds of young people gain the autonomy and skills necessary for their social and professional integration.

In a context of evolving practices and organizations, and anticipating the retirement of the current position holder, the institution entrusts us with the recruitment of a key individual to work closely with management and executives, as: Human Resources Manager

An influential role at the heart of human and organizational issues.
