Human Resources Manager 50-100%

Our client is a successful and independently owned trading company in the greater Zurich area. We are pleased to search for a entrepreneurial thinking and acting personality.

Your area of responsibility

In this management position, you are responsible for the entire HR administration from entry to exit. As an experienced HR manager:

• You are responsible for the monthly payroll process.
• You are in charge of social security administration (incl. payroll declarations).
• You are the internal and external point of contact for all HR topics.
• You will further develop HR processes and management tools.
• You manage time recording, expenses, and absences.
• You collect relevant HR key figures and derive action recommendations from them.
• You maintain the intranet and other employee information tools.
• You support line management in recruitment.
• You assist in planning and organizing various employee events.
• You design the annual newsletter.

Your profile

We are looking for a dynamic person with several years of experience in a comparable position. You:

• Have completed a commercial basic training and further education in the HR field.
• Can look back on several years of experience in a similar function.
• Have already been responsible for HR administration including payroll. (Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage.)
• Are familiar with labor law.
• Speak German and written (knowledge of Swiss German and English is an advantage).
• Are used to working focused and setting priorities correctly.
• Enjoy working with people and supporting their professional development.
