Your Mission and Tasks
Our HR department is realigning during a restructuring process. We are looking for a responsible, empathetic, and team-oriented person to professionally and personally lead our small HR team, building and developing HR through this transformation phase and beyond.
Your workday is versatile and dynamic: you collaborate closely with various stakeholders and are both administratively and operationally active. In this key role, you will take holistic responsibility and shape the entire Employee Experience:
- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted partner for the leadership team and managers, relieving them in operational business and actively accompanying organizational change processes.
- Personnel Administration & Payroll: You will be responsible for the operative implementation of the entire Employee Lifecycle and ensure a smooth, legally compliant personnel administration, including end-to-end payroll and social insurances.
- Digitalization & Data: Drive the digitalization of HR systems in a user-centered manner and use people analytics as a basis for informed management decisions.
- Cultural Development: Strengthen the appreciative corporate culture and embed important initiatives such as modern feedback systems and clear career paths into everyday life.
- HR Communication: Co-responsible for clear, consistent, and legally sound HR communication internally and externally, ensuring communication is clear, empathetic, and effective.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the HR department professionally and personally, establishing it as a strong, strategic unit.
Your Profile and Expertise
You convince us with the following experience:
- Career Path: Solid HR training (e.g. HR Specialist) and 7 to 12 years of comprehensive experience in operational personnel management and people operations.
- Law & Administration: Strong routine in payroll and security in employment law and local social insurance systems.
- Systems & Processes: Proficient use of modern HRIS systems (ideally Abacus), focusing on high data quality and a passion for process automation.
- Consultation Experience: Hands-on experience consulting leaders and employees on personnel and operational issues. You know how to accompany change processes from HR.
