The long-standing position holder is retiring. Your chance to rethink HR in the school sector. We are looking for you as an
HR Manager School (80-100%) starting January 2027.
What you will accomplish
- You are a member of the school management and the point of contact for the school president, the principal, the school management, and the management of care offers in all personnel matters.
- You will guide the experienced HR team professionally, acting as a role model and sparring partner, ensuring professional personnel management:
- Personnel planning, recruitment, and onboarding — from the first advertisement to a successful start.
- Case management: professionally accompany teaching staff and employees in challenging situations.
- Conduct conflict discussions clearly, fairly, and solution-oriented.
- Collaborate closely with the head of the administration personnel service; together shape a modern personnel policy for the whole city.
- Develop concepts and regulations (further) and ensure that they are also lived.
- Further develop benefits that truly resonate.
What you bring
With your completed HR-specialty training and solid knowledge in personnel management, labor law, and case management, you are well-equipped for this position.
You are passionate about accompanying people in challenging situations and can easily navigate digital tools.
However, what really interests us: You are someone who wants to actively shape things? Who shows attitude, even when it gets uncomfortable? Who lives appreciation as a fundamental principle without losing sight of the strategic perspective? Then we fit together.
