Job Description
Lead HR (80 – 100%), Member of the Executive Board. The Stiftung Alterszentren Zug operates as a private organization with various centers for seniors. We engage around 350 employees for the well-being of senior citizens, focusing on employee development and fair collaboration.
Your Challenge:
- Develop and coordinate all HR processes while actively participating in day-to-day operations.
- Advise management and staff on personnel-related matters.
- Responsible for monthly payroll.
- Assist in annual budgeting.
- Develop key performance indicators.
- Involved in attendance management.
Your Skills and Experience:
- Passion for HR.
- Independent, service-oriented HR specialist with relevant training and several years of experience in a similar role.
- Communicative, open, yet discreet.
- Ability to think and act in a business-oriented and networked manner.
- Resilient, flexible, with proficient German skills.
