Our client, Stiftung Weidli in Stans (NW), is a non-profit institution that supports adults with disabilities in their inclusion into society. It offers diverse living arrangements, workplaces, and daily structures to enable them to lead as self-determined a life as possible. About 160 employees engage daily for this mission. Due to the retirement of the long-term incumbent, we are looking for a team-oriented and communication-strong leader starting March 1, 2027.
Your Tasks
- Shape the HR strategy and further develop the foundation
- Lead the HR department and collaborate in executive management
- Advise the line and support employees at the protected workplace
- Recruit professionals, apprentices, and community service providers
- Ensure personnel administration and collaborate with external stakeholders
- Develop regulations, HR fundamentals, and processes
- Responsible for the payroll system, budget, and apprenticeship
- Co-create HR events and develop the team further
Your Profile
- Completed advanced training in Human Resources
- Several years of solid HR leadership experience, ideally in the private sector
- Comprehensive experience in recruitment, advisory line, and case management/BGM
- Empathetic, integrated, and resilient personality with high social competence
- Strong negotiator with confident, clear, and target group-oriented communication
- High digital affinity and proficient in established IT systems
