Our client, Stiftung Weidli in Stans (NW), is a non-profit institution that supports adults with disabilities in their inclusion into society. It offers diverse living arrangements, workplaces, and daily structures to enable them to lead as self-determined a life as possible. About 160 employees engage daily for this mission. Due to the retirement of the long-term incumbent, we are looking for a team-oriented and communication-strong leader starting March 1, 2027.

Your Tasks

• Shape the HR strategy and further develop the foundation
• Lead the HR department and collaborate in executive management
• Advise the line and support employees at the protected workplace
• Recruit professionals, apprentices, and community service providers
• Ensure personnel administration and collaborate with external stakeholders
• Develop regulations, HR fundamentals, and processes
• Responsible for the payroll system, budget, and apprenticeship
• Co-create HR events and develop the team further

Your Profile

• Completed advanced training in Human Resources
• Several years of solid HR leadership experience, ideally in the private sector
• Comprehensive experience in recruitment, advisory line, and case management/BGM
• Empathetic, integrated, and resilient personality with high social competence
• Strong negotiator with confident, clear, and target group-oriented communication
• High digital affinity and proficient in established IT systems
