Our client is a large international pharmaceutical company specializing in the development, manufacturing and distribution of generics, original products, biosimilars, and active pharmaceutical ingredients. To strengthen the HR team at the European headquarters in Zug / Switzerland, we are seeking a dedicated individual for the position of HR Manager (Ref. 2788)
This is a newly created position for the European headquarters in Zug. Due to numerous new projects and strong growth, the company requires an additional person in the HR team to support approximately 20 mostly senior positions in Switzerland. The focus is on implementing global projects in the Swiss-based headquarters, which also includes all HR tasks such as administration and strategy for the leadership team.

Your main tasks

• Ensuring efficient HR management in the head office in Zug (about 20 employees, mostly senior executives)
• Implementation of global projects in the head office in Zug
• Preparation of information for the external payroll company
• Administrative processing of all HR-related topics, from onboarding to offboarding
• Support the HR Director with various international projects

Your profile

• Experience as HR Manager / HR Assistant / HR Specialist (or similar activities)
• Commercial basic training or comparable with corresponding further education in HR
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Very quick comprehension, fast recognition of contexts, acts very independently
• Experience in dealing with leadership figures in an international environment
• Pronounced organizational skills and structured working methods
• Confident communication and professional appearance
• High service orientation as well as friendly and team-oriented personality
• Resilient, flexible, and self-assured in handling multiple parallel tasks
