As Head of People Experience, you are the leadership presence behind our People Experience area, consisting of multiple specialized teams that together shape the entire employee lifecycle at Digitec Galaxus and act as a catalyst for sustainable personal and business growth. You lead 4 experienced People Experience Leads, unlocking their full potential to create the conditions for extraordinary results. You report directly to the management and are part of the Head-of team.

Your tasks

• Personnel and professional leadership, development, and coaching of 4 People Experience Leads with a clear focus on further developing existing teams and establishing a common direction.
• Ensuring a consistent, high-quality People Experience across the entire employee lifecycle across countries and locations.
• Embedding the Digitec-Galaxus culture in all People processes and solutions across all locations.
• Promoting effective collaboration as a clear interface between People Experience teams and the entire P&C organization.
• Steering relevant People KPIs (e.g., Employee Engagement, turnover, absenteeism rate) at team and company levels.
• Ensuring compliance with labor law requirements in Switzerland and other relevant markets.
• Strategic sparring function for management on all People-related topics.

Your skills

• At least three years of leadership experience in the HR field.
• Solid experience in a supporting HR function (e.g., as an HR Business Partner) as well as in the design and further development of People processes.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and relevant HR practices; knowledge of German and/or Serbian labor law is a clear plus.
• Deep understanding of HR best practices and how People initiatives directly contribute to business success.
• Strong decision-making ability and the capability to set clear priorities even in complex situations.
• Strong stakeholder management and confident appearance at all levels of the company.
• Willingness to challenge the status quo and propose more efficient, automated, or effective solutions.
• Ability to adapt to continuous changes in the work environment.
• Fluent in German and English; knowledge of Serbian is an advantage.
