Your Tasks
- Leadership and technical development of a currently two-person payroll team
- Taking on a pivotal professional role in the upcoming SAP/ERP project
- Responsibility for sub-projects in this overarching project
- Actively shaping and further developing the SAP payroll solution and the associated processes and systems (First & Second Level Support)
- Responsibility for a demanding payroll organization with around 8,000 employees
- Active involvement in the planned centralization project of the HR department and the development into an HR service center
- Eventually the opportunity to expand management scope as the organization develops
- Willingness to shape the development of structures, processes, and future payroll direction (automation and optimization)
- Subject matter expert for payroll topics and close collaboration with relevant HR teams and project leaders
Your Profile
- Higher professional education (Master or Bachelor) in HR, Payroll, Social Insurance or comparable further education
- Multiple years of relevant practical and leadership experience in payroll in a larger company is a must-have
- Extensive expertise in payroll, social insurance and financial accounting topics
- "Expert" in SAP (Payroll, Organizational Management, Time Management) and the Microsoft environment
- High degree of personal responsibility and willingness to design as well as openness and competence in dealing with change processes (Change Management)
The Company Offers
- Employment terms: 42 hours/week, with home office possibility
- Vacation: 5 weeks, 6 weeks from age 55
- Benefits: PK: 60/40, LFZ/KTG: up to 100% based on years of service
