Are you eager to actively shape the reorientation of an HR department and establish HR as a permanent part of the executive board? This responsible position offers you the opportunity to position and sustainably influence HR operations.

Your Tasks

• Overall responsibility for the Human Resources area and leading your own team.
• Active participation in the executive board and contributing to the institutional development.
• Advising and supporting managers and employees on all HR topics.
• Responsibility for payroll, social security, and labor law issues.
• Promoting a healthy, appreciative, and learning corporate culture.
• Further development of occupational health management.

Your Profile

• Degree (FH/Uni) or lateral entrants with solid further training (MAS) in Human Resources.
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable HR function.
• Very good knowledge of labor law and social security.
• Strong communication, consulting, and leadership skills.
