Head of Human Resources & Member of Management

As the Head of Human Resources and a member of the management team, you will assume overall responsibility for HR and collaboratively influence the future of our company and our corporate culture. Your Tasks:

• Leadership and further development of the HR team as well as overall responsibility for Human Resources Management.
• Strategic further development of the HR area and active shaping of the corporate strategy as a member of the management team.
• Consulting and support for management, executives, and employees on all HR and labor law issues.
• Further development and optimization of HR processes, instruments, and frameworks.
• Active involvement in shaping corporate culture and strengthening our employer attractiveness.
• Accompanying and shaping transformation and change processes in the company.
• Initiation and implementation of HR and organizational development projects.
• Overall responsibility for vocational training including support for learners and assistance to trainers.
• Ensuring professional and efficient HR administration and coordination of social insurance, as well as participation in monthly payroll processing.

Your Profile:

• Completed higher education in the HR field, e.g., HR specialist with corresponding further training or comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in a responsible HR function, ideally in an SME.
• Leadership experience and pronounced entrepreneurial and strategic thinking.
• Experience in accompanying change and transformation processes.
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and social insurance.
• Enjoy working in vocational training and collaborating with learners.
• High social competence, communication skills, and consulting expertise.
• Independent, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working style.
• Very good German language skills and good English skills; knowledge of French is advantageous.
