Your main tasks

• Professional and personnel management of the HR team with five employees as well as the head of housekeeping with 18 employees.
• Implementation of the HR strategy in coordination with management and derivation of concrete focal points and measures from the corporate strategy – particularly in the areas of leadership, organization, personnel development, employer attractiveness, and future skills.
• Management and ensuring of a professional and service-oriented HR daily business over the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and personnel administration through payroll and time management to departures.
• HR Business Partner for assigned business areas: Consulting and support of executives in personnel, management, and labor law issues.
• Professional support of HR responsible persons at the Ravensburg plant, with about ten deployments on-site per year.
• Simplification, standardization, and digitization of HR processes, especially with Abacus.
• Leadership and implementation of HR projects.

You bring with you

• Further training in human resources, as a specialist, head of human resources, or CAS.
• Several years of experience in a generalist, operational HR function, ideally in a production or family business, including leadership experience.
• Solid knowledge of Swiss labor and social insurance law, knowledge of German labor law is an advantage.
• Good knowledge in payroll and time management as well as affinity for digital HR solutions, ideally Abacus.
• Pragmatic, structured, and results-oriented working style.
• Leadership style characterized by openness and clarity.
