For a mandate, we are looking for an engaged and responsible person as Head of HR. A varied and responsible activity awaits you with room for design.

Tasks

• Lead the HR department
• Point of contact for management on HR-related topics
• Further development of HR processes
• Handling all activities from A-Z in collaboration with an assistant
• Responsible for payroll accounting, including social security, in collaboration with an assistant
• Management of the applicant process
• Responsible for health management

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training
• Further training as an HR specialist with federal diploma or equivalent
• Leadership experience
• Several years of experience in a comparable role
• Sound knowledge of labor and social insurance law
• Native German speaker
• Proficient IT skills (MS Office, Abacus)
• High advisory and decision-making competence
• You are a discreet, trustworthy, and loyal personality with a structured and precise working style. You have a networked and solution-oriented mindset and keep an overview even in hectic times.
