We are looking for a passionate individual immediately or by agreement for the position of:

Head of Human Resources

Your main tasks:

• Implement and further develop HRM strategy as well as HRM fundamentals.
• Responsible for all operational HRM activities.
• Manage the entire HR processes (including payroll and social insurance) effectively and economically.
• Proactively act as a coach and point of contact for your team on all HR questions.
• Participate in vocational training and support our trainees.
• Act as a sparring partner for the CEO (direct report) and the management team as well as leadership.
• Collaborate with internal and external contacts.

Your profile:

• Completed basic training, further education in HRM/BWL (e.g., Bachelor Uni/FH/HF), MAS, HRM, HR Manager or equivalent.
• Broad experience in HRM and IT affinity.
• Leadership experience.
• Knowledge of payroll.
• Initiative, communicative, and motivated personality with a desire to shape.
• Independent, structured working style and conceptual skills.
• Strong service and solution orientation.
• Proficient in German; knowledge of Swiss German is an advantage.
