Head of Human Resources

For our client, an established Swiss service company, we are looking for an experienced and convincing HR leadership personality. You can expect a versatile key role, acting close to management, leading a dedicated team, and developing the HR organization with your ideas and expertise.

Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the HR area and professional and personnel management of the team as a member of the management team.
• Advising the management, executives, and employees on personnel-related, strategic, and labor law issues.
• Continuous further development of the HR strategy, processes, and structures for modern and professional HR work.
• Actively participating in HR projects with a focus on employer branding and organizational development.
• Ensuring high service quality together with the team and operational support as needed.

Your Profile

• Several years of HR experience in a complex, personnel-intensive, and demanding service environment as well as proven leadership and advisory competence.
• Solid HR education with further training at FH, MAS, MBA, or comparable level.
• Broad HR expertise, especially in Swiss labor law and operational HR, as well as a good understanding of economic contexts.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic foresight, and the ability to implement ideas pragmatically and effectively.
• Empathic, integral, and decision-making personality that inspires people, creates clarity, and acts confidently even in challenging situations.
