To strengthen the management team of our client - a publicly traded company in the financial services sector with several locations in Switzerland - we are looking for an experienced and committed Head of HR.

Your Tasks

• Development and implementation of the HR strategy in coordination with management.
• Operational responsibility for all HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, personnel development, and offboarding.
• Consulting and support for leaders in all HR-related questions.
• Promotion of a positive corporate culture and employee retention.
• Ensuring compliance with labor law regulations and internal guidelines.
• Analysis and optimization of existing HR processes and systems.
• Leadership and development of the HR team.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on human resource management.
• Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally in the financial services, fiduciary, real estate, or similar sectors.
• Solid knowledge of labor law and modern HR methods.
• Distinct strategic and operational skills as well as a solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Fluent German skills, both written and spoken; any additional language is an advantage.
• High social competence and empathy, strong communication skills, poise at all hierarchical levels, team player, loyalty, assertiveness, etc.
