Head of Group HR (m/w)

Your area of responsibility

• Development and implementation of the group-wide HR strategy.
• Harmonization, standardization, and continuous optimization of HR processes and policies.
• Further development of modern HR tools throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle.
• Establishment and implementation of group-wide standards in talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, etc.
• Sparring partner for management and executives on all strategic HR issues.
• Responsibility for organizational development and support of change and transformation processes.
• Promotion of a modern corporate culture and enhancement of employer attractiveness.
• Analysis of relevant HR metrics and derivation of appropriate measures for continuous improvement.

Your profile

• Higher education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable field (FH, University, or equivalent).
• Several years of leadership and management experience in an international HR role, ideally in an industrial context.
• Solid experience in organizational development, change management, and the establishment and enhancement of group-wide HR structures.
• Proven project management competencies and experience in the digitalization and optimization of HR processes.
• Confident demeanor, strong advisory, communication, and social skills.
• Integrity, entrepreneurial-minded leader.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are welcome.
