Act as a key player in energy and building technology in Romandy, Holdinova consists of 20 companies and serves 152 municipalities in the cantons of Vaud, Valais, and Fribourg.
With 500 employees across 3 sites, the group operates through its network companies and its commercial structure Energiapro SA, covering the distribution of natural gas, biogas, electricity, and renewable heat. A pioneer in energy transition, Holdinova operates 5 biogas production sites, making the company a significant player at the Swiss Romandy level. In addition to its energy activities, the group is also a reference player in building techniques through companies specialized in sanitation, ventilation, heating, and solar.
In the context of a renewal in HR Management, Holdinova is seeking:
Director of Human Resources
As a member of Holdinova's executive committee, you will assume the strategic responsibility for the human resources of a group in full evolution. Based on solid and recognized foundations, the position of HR Director will be available at the dawn of 2027, following the retirement of the current post holder.
With a long-term perspective, you will be called to strengthen a transversal HR strategy while respecting the specific identity of each group company. In a context of evolution and the development of new jobs, you play a central role in supporting change as it emerges from the strategic plan, with method, diplomacy, and pragmatism.
Your main missions and responsibilities
Group Culture and Identity
- Maintain and develop a federating Holdinova culture, respecting the specificities of each company
- Ensure cohesion among entities while preserving their respective identities
- Be an ambassador of the group's philosophy with teams and management
HR Strategy and Organizational Development
- Strengthen and deploy an HR strategy aligned with the group's evolution challenges
- Support the growth and development of new activities and jobs
- Anticipate competency needs related to energy transition, diversification of activities, and digitization
Talent Development and Succession Management
- Design training programs adapted to management and new jobs
- Develop predictive resource and competency management
- Pilot the integration and collaboration of different generations
Management of the HR Team
- Manage a team of three people: one HR partner and two assistants
- Unite and develop your team in a collaborative logic
- Act as support and strategic partner for the management of each group entity
Your Profile
Education
- Federal diploma of HR specialist or higher education in human resources, law, economic sciences, or equivalent
- Additional training in management, business management, or change management (CAS/DAS/MAS) - an asset
- Mastery of Swiss labor legal framework
Experience
- Confirmed professional background in HR for over 15 years
- Significant experience in an HR Director position or as a member of management
- Immersion in the energy, construction, or industry sectors in Switzerland
- Proven knowledge of multi-entity structures or decentralized groups - an asset
- Mastery of change management in a transformation context

- Relational intelligence and fine understanding of human dynamics
- Listening, observational skills, and curiosity
- Unifying personality, capable of creating connections between entities with different identities
- Strategic partner posture, closely in touch with ground realities
