Based in Chur, where over 3,600 employees collaborate daily across medical and non-medical fields. As the head of HRM, you give direction to this diversity and shape collaboration with your team of around forty people at the Cantonal Hospital Graubünden.

You are present, approachable, and know how to convey different interests into a common HR direction. At the same time, do you want to actively shape both strategically and operationally while being close to the people? Perfect, we look forward to your application by October 16, 2026!

Your tasks

• Drive the further development of HR strategy, processes, structures, and tools while initiating a modern, service-oriented HRM.
• Manage the HRM field technically and personally, developing it together with department heads, transferring responsibility, and providing guidance.
• Focus on employer attractiveness, talent retention, personnel development, and culture.
• Actively incorporate the HR perspective into corporate development, accompany change processes, and be a sparring partner for leaders at all levels.

What you bring

• Experience in leading managers, ideally in a complex HRM environment, preferably in healthcare.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and an understanding of the relationships between people, organization, economy, and performance mandate.
• Clear, binding, and audience-appropriate communication.
• A professional and solution-oriented demeanor, even in challenging situations, high social competence, and knowledge about relevant labor law and personnel economic conditions in Switzerland.
