Responsibilities

As a member of the executive committee, you will define and deploy the HR strategy aligned with business priorities. You will oversee the entire HR function and ensure it becomes a lever for sustainable performance. Leading an engaged and dynamic HR team, you will continue implementing strong and consistent HR practices to enable managers to act with confidence. You will act as a strategic partner to the General Director and management, assisting with organizational evolution and managing sensitive situations. You will maintain a constructive social climate and engage in key negotiations to support company transformations.

You possess strategic vision, pragmatism, and field proximity, exhibiting a clear and coherent posture that fosters trust and facilitates transformations. Mastery of French is essential, while knowledge of German is an asset in a bilingual context. You hold a higher education qualification and have significant experience in a HR leadership role, preferably in an industrial environment. Proficiency in Swiss labor law and experience in social dialogue are required. You have been involved in change or transformation periods, allowing you to understand the inherent resistances, tensions, and challenges in such contexts.
