In this key role, you take on responsibility for people, customers, and the continued development of our business:

• As part of the management team, you actively shape the strategic direction.
• You further develop the Bern location - professionally, personally, and entrepreneurially.
• Expand your team and create an environment where people can realize their potential.
• Continuously evolve our offerings in Assessment and Development Centers.
• Manage demanding customer mandates from conception to execution.
• Maintain existing customer relationships and win new ones.
• Conduct assessments independently, especially at the senior and executive level, with passion.

What Distinguishes You

You combine expertise with personality and have the desire to make a difference:

• University degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable field.
• Several years of leadership experience in HRM, personnel development, or talent management, ideally complemented by line experience.
• Solid experience in personnel diagnostics and/or management consultancy.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoyment in taking on responsibility.
• Winning, clear communication and the ability to inspire people.
• Team spirit, flexibility, enthusiasm for innovation, paired with a healthy dose of humor and a willingness to travel within Switzerland.
• Very good German language skills and good French (preferable).
